Reservation Information, Terms + Conditions

- Room Reservations are available on a first-come basis.
-Invoices for Room Reservations will be sent at the time of confirmation.
-Groups are expected to leave the rooms tidy and to end their meetings before HMH closing times to give staff a reasonable amount of time to clean rooms.
-OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK IS PROHIBITED with the exception of a specialty cake/dessert for celebrations.
-A Banquet Menu featuring bulk quantity options of HMH's menu items is available upon request.
-An Open Tab is available for any size group and will include a 20% gratuity charge.
-Reservations for Full Facility rentals require a 50% deposit + $80 Safety Deposit. If all terms of rental are met, Safety Deposit is eligible for refund.
- Free Cancellation available for Rooms 1, 2 and 3.
-Cancellation of Full Facility reservation within 7 days of event is charged at 50% of the reservation fee. Cancellation less than 7 days from the event is charged at full price.
